Hello Dana, I'm also wondering how legit this is.. I've been dealing with Tuniu also wanting to purchase my timeshares. Arial Diaz claims she works for this firm.

I am the real Scott Anthony Ibbotson. This scammer has been using my name and information from the Texas Bar website to pretend to have a law firm in my name. They created the attached letter and sent it to someone, who contacted me on LinkedIn to let me know of the scam.
