I placed an order from them. When the items arrived, it was clear that they were fakes. They had "made in China" labels inside and the material/fabric was not the same as the photos on the website. The fabric texture and colors were off. Everything was synthetic. I inquired about a return by email, as they offer no way to contact by phone. And there is no direct way to make a return on their website. After several correspondences I was offered $21 and told to keep the items I wanted to return. I declined, as the items I had for return totaled $127.97. I was then offered $37 which I declined. I asked that they send me a shipping label, and they offered $52. I declined and then I was told " If you insist on returning, this is the return address: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571". Shipping back would be at my own expense, and upon receiving the items they would refund my account. I declined, and inquired why Dubai?...when their social media advertisements says they're in North Carolina. They responded with the same shipping address. I decided to cut my losses and take the $52 refund offer and said I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising, fruadulent representation and practices. Upon closer inspection of their website, it says that they are located in the UK (Kense Co. Limited: 48 Warwick St./London, W1B 5AW. Company #12606010.
I hope you can help others by shutting their website down. It's absolutely a scam.
