I received an email asking me to find an attachment, the attachment was a word document and stated that they have detected an unauthorized transaction on my PayPal account. If this was not authorized I was to reach out to them to cancel the order or the payment would be processed that day. The number to reach out was 888-928-8795 and the amount was $829 for Bitcoin(BTC) qty. 0.0094479. This was not authorized and did not show up on my PayPal account. The email was sent February 24, 2025.
