I placed an order paid for it and received nothing. When I inquired they said there was a problem with their payment processing and my money would be refunded and that I needed to place a new order. I was in a hurry to get my merchandise so I placed and paid for a second order. It took 3 months to get my order only afte I threatened to report them to the BBB. I advised them that I never received a refund for the first order. I still haven’t. But I did receive an email stating that I wouldn’t get a refund until I removed my complaint.

I had ordered hand sanitizers a few months ago and never received them. I sent several emails and never got a reply. I tried going on the website, but it now comes up unavailable. They have no phone number to call.

I ordered hand sanitizers from these scammers. It was 100 bottles of travelling hand sanitizers for . $214.88 and I never gotten. It was over 3 and half months ago. I ordered it back in April. I'm SO mad they scammed me for a lot of money. These people have no lives and make a legit site to steal people's money. Tried emailing them since there was no phone number. My order was never shift. They never messaged me back!

This company claims they are in the business of selling hand sanitizer and paper products. With COVID-19 this companies products were in high demand. They advised their products would ship within a few days after ordered. My order was placed on 4/23/2020. Received confirmation of order same day. On 4/30/3030 they sent an email stating order changed and it was awaiting shipment. Sent email on 5/17 asking for update, no response. Sent another email on 5/20, no response. Sent another email on 5/26, no response. Some time between 5/26 and 6/10, tried to chat with them on their website since it showed they were online, but no one responded to my chat. On 6/10 tried calling the number on my order confirmation, no one picked up the phone. Also tried emailing again for status update on 6/10 and still no response. Apparently this company is in the business of taking your money and is a scam company trying to take advantage during this pandemic.
