Years ago, they presented themselves as Microsoft support techs to my father when seeking help online for help with his computer. They would remote into my family's computers and perform upgrades, clean viruses etc for a lifetime fee of $199 for upgrades and $199 for Microsoft updates (Windows etc). When calling recently, the phone number was disconnected. When googling the number, I found out the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigations posted from 2021 GundeepSudan known scam account displaying 855-433-1717, which is the contact number I was calling.

A couple of week ago, I received an email from Sam indicating they have a new phone number and to respond to him. The new phone number is 877-884-0766. I still have the email.
