I ordered for an ill friend they said they could not deliver. I have called, emailed, and no help with refund it has been over a month now. They took the money, $66.05 and did not refund and do not respond. I was referred to a Jackie and also a Denise, who was the manager she does not reply to my emails or phone calls. How can I get this resolved?

Same happened with me. A Denise emailed me to say she showed a refund issued, but was a lie. I called my card company and explained to them the situation. I have all communication copies between myself & this fake company including receipt of order. But, you will not need these. Just call your card contact number and report fraud. You will get it back.

Dec 2nd ordered bouquet. Same day said the order can't be delivered but a credit would come in 5-10 days. I sent them 3 more emails to inform I never received credit and they claim its in my Roger Florist account but I never established one.

$60.97 as of Jan 23, 2023 still owed. Sent yet another email today asking for credit back. No phone number listed on bottom of emails ever. 3 people have interfaced with me promising the same credit.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, received note that could not deliver on day of funeral. This left me in a bad position as it was for an employee. I was told that I would receive a credit. After several weeks of me having to account for this expenditure, I tried to work with Roger Florist on the credit. I never received refund on my credit card and tried corresponding numerous times. I had to replace the card as I felt it would be abused more. Website needs to be shut down!

I ordered flowers for a friend who had covid. I asked what was the street name in Shepherdsville they were located, he told me something but I never heard of because I haven’t been down there for years and I figured it was a new street. I checked on the flowers the day after and was told that it was undeliverable and I said how is that possible since you’re in the city in which she lived. They said they sent me an email showing where THEY CANCELED the order and I will get a refund. Of course I didn’t get neither, but when I questioned it, like magic the email appeared. Well long story short, i have never received my money yet. It has been taken out of my account and no refund in sight! I immediately contacted my bank and filed a dispute. My second course of action was to notify The BBB, which I’m doing now. Be careful people!! There are evil scammers out ther trying everything they can to take your money.

Did not send flowers or send credit card money back. Was told order canceled and would get money back on credit card in 10 days. No money or flowers need my money.

My husband ordered flowers from Rogers Florist Melville NY for me for our anniversary for same day delivery . Never received flowers and $70.60 was taken off his card for them . Scammed. How are these people still on the web

Same thing happened to us. This place is a scam. Ordered flowers on 11/29/22, received an email the same day saying that the order was cancelled because it was undeliverable. Called and were told that we should expect a refund in 10 days. It is now 12/22/22 and still no refund. My husband just called again, he asked where they were located and was told New Jersey, my husband asked how they were going to get the flowers to Wisconsin and the person on the phone said that he didn't know and his supervisor would be back in 5 minutes and he should call back then. Scammed...

I ordered same day delivery for flowers for my wife. I got a email saying thanks and all that. A few hours later I called because she got off work and never got them. I called Roger florist and they said it was canceled. No email or notification. Forget these jokers. NEVER SHOPPING FOR FLOWERS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist over a week before my anniversary. I did not receive a confirmation of the order by my anniversary so I called them. They acknowledged my order and that it would be delivered that day. By 5:45pm the order had not been delivered. I called Customer Service again and actually connected with the same representative that I had spoken to that morning. He told me that no order under my name existed and then hung up on me. I then tried their chat service, which never responded. I then emailed them, asking why my order was cancelled and why I had not been informed, and received an automated reply that they were closed. The next morning I received an email saying that there are many reasons for cancellations, none of which applied to me. I asked why I wasn't notified. No responce. I replied several more times and never received an answer.

I ordered flowers online for my friends funeral. This company automatically pops up showing several floral arrangements for funerals. Roger Florist 888-782-8933 after I made my selection and placed and paid for my order, I called this number and got a recording "this number is not a valid number"
I didn't get a confirmation to my email address either that was stated after my order was placed. I called my credit card company and was told that there was a charge just came through for $75.99 from Roger Florist. They will investigate.
I also sent an email to rogerflorist.com and received a spontaneous reply stating:
"Hello, we are currently closed. We promise to reply to you the first thing in the morning" Our manager will call by the time you wake up"

I should have read the real reviews here before ordering online. Just like the comments here, I was charged right away, no email confirmation, no flowers. When I called, I was passed around and then conveniently disconnected. My bank was great and went through them to open a dispute. This site and company should be taken down so that no one else will get scammed. Next time, I will take the time and research local florists.

Paid never delivered will not return money to credit card have been just getting computer generated responses that lead to no one real

Ordered Christmas flowers for my Aunt who is close to passing away so she could have some Christmas cheer. Totally found out the hard way this is not a legitimate site. Same as above and finally got a person to tell me they were cancelled and would issue a refund. Thankfully my bank is good at disputes and stop payments as it is still pending. The good news is a local florist is going above and beyond to take her Christmas cheer to the nursing home for me. I am usually smarter than this!

I made an order with this company and was also charged $60.97. I got a phone number and they were evasive about the order, again I called the number and they said they didn't deliver to my area. The sound foreign, they said I'd be refunded, what I wasn't told is that I was charged twice.

The bank said I was given a provisional refund and that the company could refuse to give the refund. This occurred December 2022

Ordered flowers Nov. 30. My account was charged then received a cancelation of the flowers. Said I would see a refund at my bank in 5-7 days. I have been calling and emailing them. They claim they did the refund but they have not. At 7:12 I got an email this morning saying they are closed for the day. At 7:13 I got an email asking if I had checked my bank account for a refund from Rogers Florist. I call their business and they are very much open to scam more money from people. I was told they contacted customer service and would receive an email within a few minutes. I still have not heard anymore from them. Donate to them knowing you will not receive your order or a refund. My bank is now trying to get my refund.

Ordered flowers for memorial service in AZ on 11/11/2022. Received reply back immediately that delivery couldn't be made, and a refund forthcoming in 3-7 business days. A week later after seeing no refund, contacted both my credit union who says they have no current/pending refund transactions, and Roger's customer service. Received two replies from Roger's (one from customer service and another from "manager" Denise) regarding refund. Denise ask that I contact her a few days later and put her name in email subject line so it goes directly to her. Have reached out to her twice and been met with silence since 29 Nov 2022. Ironically, Denise sends me a copy of a "refund receipt," but nowhere does it show an transaction line used in businesses that my credit union could refer to or investigate. Wish I would have checked customer complaints first, and it is a lesson learned. Filed cc dispute for $75.95 with my credit union and wish them luck in attempting contact with these fraudsters. Company attempting to assimilate with legitimate Rogers Flower Delivery. Roger Florist is a fake business with a fake address (no zip code).

I called to place an order for flowers On Monday November 21 to be delivered Tuesday they said they would deliver them Tuesday morning or before noon .I asked them where they were located in the Chicagoland area they said they were located in Naperville Illinois I am familiar with the Chicagoland area I thought that was kind of far for them to deliver flowers all the way downtown they charged me for the delivery,so I expected a call from my mom Tuesday when she would have received her flowers, no call so I called her later that afternoon to see if she had received her flowers no flowers delivered so I called the company up to find out what’s going on the flowers had not been delivered they took my credit card they charged me for the flowersAnd delivery they said they would be delivered by 5 PM my mom waited sitting there she’s 90 years old till 730 no flowers delivered! So I called back the company to see what’s going on all I get is a recording of music I cannot get in contact with anyone .This company is a scam and they are scamming people out of money they are deceitful liars and they need to be taken off the Internet completely they are not honest or trustworthy and I would like to get my money back for flowers that were never delivered and I don’t think they ever had intentions of delivering any flowers so they are a fraudulent company!

I googled local florist for Roanoke VA (wanted to use local delivery), Rogers Florist came up, ordered for same day delivery for my daughter’s birthday. They charged my visa and sent me an email stating “order cancelled because it was undeliverable,” and that full refund issued - allow 5-7 business days. That was about 3 weeks ago. Just got off the phone with bank to do chargeback. I had a feeling it was a scam when they canceled the order…guess I was right!

I ordered flowers 10/06/22 for $90.93 and the same as other complaints, still no refund. I have called FTC, BBB, complaints board, state attorney generals office, my bank and filed a dispute. No one does anything about this scam! I have called this company, sent emails, and no refund! I canceled my debit card and when I did speak to someone last week they aid the audacity to be angry with me for canceling my debit card! And said since I canceled my debit card I lost my refund. I asked for a cashiers check or money order but they said they don’t refund that way. They asked for my new bank information and I said you must be crazy to think I’m gonna give you my new bank information. They said well then kiss your refund good bye. Yet nobody does anything to stop this scam business!

My Wife Ordered a Funeral Arrangement at a Cost of $173.32 on September 27 2022, the Charge was Posted to our Credit Card Account on 9/28/22, However - we received an Email from RogerFlorist.com saying;
"You just placed an order with us but unfortunately, we cannot do this delivery for you because we do not deliver to this area. We are sorry for taking the order.

I wanted to let you know quickly so that you can still have time today to
send flowers to your loved one with another florist!

Since we cannot fulfill your order, I have already issued the refund and you will be seeing the full amount.

Refunds may take up to 10-20 business days to reflect back.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding."

After waiting the 10-20 business days no Refund had been received. I contacted my Credit Card company and Disputed the Charge as the RogerFlorist.com had cancelled the order and not a Refund was not processed.

Apparently my CC Company contacted RogerFlorist and as a result a Refund was Paid.

It would appear that RogerFlorist.com of New Jersey takes orders for flowers online, Charges the Credit Card used accordingly then Cancels the Order without making a Refund unless the Customer Disputes the Charge with their Credit Card Processor.
