My Wife Ordered a Funeral Arrangement at a Cost of $173.32 on September 27 2022, the Charge was Posted to our Credit Card Account on 9/28/22, However - we received an Email from RogerFlorist.com saying;
"You just placed an order with us but unfortunately, we cannot do this delivery for you because we do not deliver to this area. We are sorry for taking the order.

I wanted to let you know quickly so that you can still have time today to
send flowers to your loved one with another florist!

Since we cannot fulfill your order, I have already issued the refund and you will be seeing the full amount.

Refunds may take up to 10-20 business days to reflect back.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding."

After waiting the 10-20 business days no Refund had been received. I contacted my Credit Card company and Disputed the Charge as the RogerFlorist.com had cancelled the order and not a Refund was not processed.

Apparently my CC Company contacted RogerFlorist and as a result a Refund was Paid.

It would appear that RogerFlorist.com of New Jersey takes orders for flowers online, Charges the Credit Card used accordingly then Cancels the Order without making a Refund unless the Customer Disputes the Charge with their Credit Card Processor.

I just received the same song and dance. Why would anyone buy from these thieves? I ordered flowers for a deceased family member on Sept 2, 2022. They charged my card within minutes. The next day received notification that they could not deliver them and that they would refund my credit card in short order. Well, here we are Nov 3rd, 2022 and they have now stopped communicating with me. I must have emailed them almost a dozen times. So now, I file a dispute at Wells Fargo for $113.40 and they started the motion to get my money back. Well, like a dummy I wanted to give these guys one more chance. I suddenly received an email from Denise. saying that she's on it; she'll take care of me. She went as far as showing me a receipt thing they typed out and said the bank would have the money in 3-5 days. I'm their latest victim. I'm getting with my bank in the morning and the Attorney General of New Jersey. Plus, this review is going to as many as I can do. A simple copy and paste. Yelp this time, heading to Google right now!

This just happened to me- i am so angry. They stopped answering my e-mails, so i wrote them a real nasty one hiding my email address and they wrote back right away. Not a chance ill respond. My bank refunded my money but i cant stand the idea that these losers are making money this way- i want to prevent it from happening to other people and i also want their little income stream stopped immediately! I did a spam report to google and went to the BBB, but they aren't an accredited company so thats not going to matter. I’ll tell you one thing I have learned never again. Well I do business with a company without making sure they are accredited by the BBB because after working for a customer service company in my younger days, I learned that for an accredited company having complaints on the BBB is pretty much the only thing that will get the owner to do some thing when they don’t want to, but in the meantime, I just don’t understand why nobody will do anything about this company. These people are thieves. It is literally criminal and they should be sitting in a jail cell. I know individually nobody’s really going to do anything because it would cost more money than you lost but why are not the state attorneys getting involved or anything? I just can’t believe this I am so irritated Just on principle.

Ordered my daughter-in-law flowers on October 19, in Stafford, VA. They said they
deliver to that zip code and collected 45.99 from my Visa credit card. At the end of the day I called to find out if the flowers were send they said they could not deliver to this route and would return the money to the checking account in 5-7 days. Now 13 days later no refund posted. What I don’t understand is why these complaints do not go to the precinct in New York/New Jersey to have them arrested and close this webpage.

This business came up in a search for a local florist to send flowers for a memorial service. Shortly after placing the order, received an email that it could not be fulfilled and that they would issue a refund. No refund received. Fake customer service email addresses, fake phone numbers.

The story is short. Ordered flowers for an elderly friend in rehab. They assured me they would be delivered the same day. They weren't delivered at all, and my credit card was charged immediately! Now I found THIS site and add my complaint to the rest. Why hasn't the law caught up with them yet?

On Sept 27th, I ordered a plant for a friend's funeral and was sent an e-mail saying they didn't deliver in the area and they would issue a refund. I have sent several e-mail letting them know I didn't receive my refund. It is now Oct 25th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I COULD USE MY $57.22!

Charlie, I lost 113.40 on Sep 2nd and still don't have mine either and it's 11/02/2022 been 2 months ago today.

I ordered a funeral arrangement that never got there! I felt terrible and on a fixed income, had just lost $83.44! On the email, they said they would send a refund when I demanded one but haven't yet but had no problem taking my $!

I googled local florist delivery , Roger’s florist came up.
I was ordering flowers for my mother.in-laws birthday. The website asked for everything including “special directives “. No flowers. No email stating unable to deliver. I called 1-855-451-2338. Someone answered, then transferred me. I was then on hold for 10 minutes. I eventually hung up.
I later tried to call back, I received a message that stated “ your call cannot be completed as dialed “.
It appears they have blocked my call.
No refund, no capability to speak to someone.

I ordered flowers for a friend who lost his wife. When I went to the funeral home the flowers were not there. I called this company when I got home. I was informed that my order was cancelled, that it was out of their delivery area. Never received an email stating that. I've been getting the run around for almost 3 weeks to get my money refunded.

Wanted to buy flowers for my boyfriend who is in the hospital after a major surgery. Saw Roger Florist as one of the “sponsored” google searches, and being incredibly tired i just went with it and didn’t even notice. I kept thinking something was fishy, and found this website and others. Also realized that these [censored] are using ‘Terry’s Florist’ as the same scam. After getting a call and text saying they couldn’t deliver my flowers and cancelled my order from Terry’s, i blindly went with Roger florist. I got scammed twice back to back because their websites look legit.

When i had called Roger Florist to ask about this being a scam, i was immediatly put on hold and then when he came back on the phone he wanted my confirmation number and then “cancelled” the order without even responding to my question about it being a scam. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Please be more careful out there, it’s heartbreaking knowing people are out here scamming people who just want to send something nice to their family/friends. I’ll be calling my bank and trying to get my money back, in total between both scams i lost around $122. DO YOUR RESEARCH! If something looks wrong it’s probably a scam. (also don’t buy flowers when you’re tired)

Called this number to have flowers delivered. They took my information, charged my credit card, and never sent a receipt. I called back when my credit card statement came to have a receipt emailed and I was told to email customer service. Nothing is being done, will have to dispute it with my credit card company.

I placed an order with Rogers Florist, who I thought was a part of 1-800 flowers; recipient never got order. 1-800 Flowers has NO record of my order after checking my name, an "order number", etc. I am so upset!

Unfortunately, my 86 year old mom tried to send me flowers for my birthday. When I did not call to thank her, she called to make sure I got her gift. So sad that these sick criminals are stealing from such well-meaning friends and family who are trying to do something nice for others. Mom’s bank company has been notified. Hopefully these low lifes will be caught and prosecuted.

Scam company. I called my bank today to get credit. These people sounded like Indians on the phone. I should have known. I enclosed a pic of the money they charged my card. I had asked them are they in my gown but of course they was not. I hope they get caught!

I ordered a floral spray for my nieces wake , they were never delivered. I’ve called several times they said my order was canceled and I would receive my refund in ten to twelve days. Karma will get these scammers mark my word

Fake online company that shows up on
Google search for "same day delivery florist" and lists service areas all over the US. Specific city/town names. Place your order and payment is processed immediately & debited from your account. That evening or next day you will find out that nothing delivered when you get the email saying "they had to cancel your order because they don't service the area you specified for delivery on your order and they will refund your money. They won't and never intended to. This company was set up for the sole purpose of scamming & is operated by your typical lowlife bottomfeeding [censored]bags. Karma is going to be knocking them down very soon.

I ordered flowers and was not provided a order number or confirmation of purchase. I called back several times only to keep getting different individuals who claim they could not provide me with that information. I requested to cancel the order and then was told the order could not be canceled. I contacted my bank and filed a fraudulent activity on my card and reported this company as Scammers

Same thing that everyone else is saying... Placed an order for funeral flowers and t3 hours later an email arrives saying they had to cancel the order because they do not deliver to that area and I will get a refund in 20 days. Called the phone number listed and immediately went to hold. They are registered in the state of New Jersey. Please file a COMPLAINT with the Attorney General. (See Below)

They are registered under the name or Roger Florist, LLC and their LLC number is #0450775864. They were incorporated on 2/28/22.

I placed an order for flower delivery and it was never delivered to the recipient. I also never got an email confirmation saying that the order had been cancelled. I called today, but kept getting the busy signal and finally someone answered saying they cancelled my order because they are located in Richmond, not Arlington, VA. I asked for an email confirmation and received nothing back.

Suppose to be a florist which they didn't, they suppose to deliver in a day but they didn't. Supposed to be sending my money back, but they didn't they are scammers and they are using the company for a front.
