I placed an order with Quit Ritual and never received the product. I reached out several times and each time they assured me that I would be getting it soon. I asked for a refund and they just kept saying the product was on its way. The last time I asked for a refund they said a shipping label was created and I could not get one because of it. I have never received the product.

Ordered a smoking cessation product online via a social media ad of QuitRitual. Never received product and company refused to acknowledge my SIX emailed requests for a refund. Obvious bot/AI email responses from the company stating it's on its way. I've since seen over 100 posts and comments on social media about people not receiving products they paid for and about the scam AI email responses from the company.
