Purchased curtains from Quilt Manor on 02/09/26 from their website quiltmanor.com. No phone number listed on the website, so communication has been through email at [email protected]. Was first told they never received the order, and we had to provide proof of payment. Once that was done, they said product would be shipped. That was on 02/25/26. They prefaced their statement with "weather delay" excuses. Reached out again on 03/08/26, and was told they would escalate the order problem to management. They have our money (a total of $141.98), we have no curtains.
