I ordered a blouse from this website and there was no confirmation, though they put the credit card charge through. It didn't arrive. When we contacted them they gave us a bogus story that it was not delivered because of a 'logistical' problem. We were asked to confirm the address. We did so immediately. Then we were told it was too late and the item couldn't be delivered. We told them to either send another or refund us. Nothing happened. Weeks later we tried to contact them again and got a repeat email that it couldn't be delivered (we get deliveries all the time and live on a normal street). We demanded our money back. They responded that out of courtesy they would offer us 10% of the value of the blouse. We demanded 100% refund. They ghosted us. DO NOT SHOP THERE.
