Qmee is a survey taking platform where you earn money for taking surveys and giving away personal information for research purposes. Qmee has a policy that you can cash out any amount at any time. I accumulated $5 and attempted to cash out my rewards through PayPal. The Qmee website stated there was an error and I needed to open a support ticket. It's been over 20 days and they claim they're still working on it and won't provide any updates. I traded valuable personal information about myself and my family in exchange for payment that they are not providing. They are stealing Americans information and getting away with it.
