I purchased items from a business and purchased the 5 to 7 day shipping. It has been over a month. I have not received my products and when I emailed them they just keep giving me the runaround “don’t worry it’s on its way”. I don’t need it to be on its way. At this point. I needed the items I ordered a month ago. Every time I use their tracking link, it says information unavailable that tracking number does not exist. I have emailed the support team multiple times and no one can tell me where the package even is, and they do not acknowledge the other points in my emails as at least getting a refund on my 7 to 5 day shipping fee but at this point I would like a full refund.
