Ordered two 8x15ft. lifetime sheds from [email protected] for $159.90. Order was placed on 8-13-2021, request for refund was made to [email protected] in december 2021 it is now January 25th 2022. No refund. No product and Pvakles@outlook,com has stopped all contact with me. Beware [email protected] will take your money

Order cordless pruning saw in october for christmas for my son when didn't receive in six weeks I contacted pvake and they told me in was on its way well never received it for christmas and then 3 months later when I received the package it was a pair of socks not a $52 pruning saw.

Purchased she'd in July 2021. Started asking for refund Nov 1, kept saying I would have a refund within 3-7 days, then 7-14 days, then 3-5 days. It's almost February and I don't have merchandise nor refund. Sometimes less is not best. I'd rather pay more with a reputable company than to have my money stolen altogether. I want a refund!

1. September 23, 2021 – An order is placed with Pvackle for model number NO333260659314 (Wooden Garden Shed/Tool Organizer).

2. November 15, 2021 – (NOTE: 45 days later) we receive an incorrect item (a garment/sleeve “thing”).

3. Between November 15, 2021 and December 2, 2021 we tried numerous time to call the number listed on the Pvackle website. The number has been disconnected.

4. December 2, 2021 – Sent an email to [email protected] explaining the situation in detail and provided supporting documents (copies of credit card statement, photo of sleeve and packaging, copy of Pvackle Order email, and a copy of the Pvackle tracking of the initial item received.)

5. December 2, 2021 – Received an email from Pvackle stating that “logistics” accidentally sent the wrong product and asked if we would like Pvackle to reship the item.

6. December 2, 2021 – Responded that resending the product would be agreeable.

7. December 3, 2021 – Received an email from Pvackle stating that they would sent the correct item ASAP and once shipped, a new tracking number would be emailed to me.

8. December 29, 2021 – Sent another email to [email protected] as I had never received confirmation of the correct item being sent, nor had I received an email with the tracking number. In this email, we asked for a refund.

9. December 29, 2021 – (After sending an email asking for a refund) we receive an email stating that the correct item had been shipped and I was provided with a tracking number.

10. December 31, 2021 – I emailed [email protected] and stated again that we wished to have a refund for the item that we had never received and that we were no longer interested in the item from Pvackle.

11. January 1, 2022 – Upon checking the tracking status of the item being sent by Pvackle, it appears that it has been LOST! Instructions on the tracking website tell us to contact the sender!

12. January 3, 2022 - Receive email from Pvackle aplogizing for inconvenience and offering to give us a 60% refund. They stated "It also costs us the shipping gee and product cost"

13. January 4, 2022 - Emailed Pvackle again provinding them with a detailed chronology of our correspondence and gave them 48 (as is stated on their webpage) to receive a 100% refund. Provided them with copy of tracking information showing the item re-shipped had been lost.

14. January 4, 2022 - Receive email from Pvackle apologizing for loss of item and offering again to refund 60% of purchase price.

15. January 4, 2022 - Sent snarky email reminding them that at the end of the 48 hour time frame, a complaint/dispute would be filed with PayPal.

16. January 6, 2022 - Received duplicate email from Pvackle apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to refund 60% of purchase price.

17. January 7, 2022 - Disuputed charge with PayPal. Received automated message stating it would take about 6 days for review of submitted documents and decision to be made. Withing two minutes, received message that case was closed and refund would be issued.

DON'T USE PVACKLE!

Terrible I ordered a 15×8 storage from this site back in September 2021 and they gave me a bogus tracking number that said my item had been delivered October 16 2021 yet was never delivered and still has not been delivered and I paid 79.99 for the storage shed and never responded back to my inquiry about the item. I lost my money on this item and now the site is unable to be reached when I type in the sites web id in my web browser. It's been 4 months now since they took my money for the item and I still have not received it

I ordered a vertical garden shed and I waited for 3 months they kept texting me that it was slow coming due to COVID so then I gave them another month still no shed. Then I told them I wanted a refund and I’ve haven’t gotten it yet they keep texting me it takes awhile for a refund to cross borders what does that even mean?

Bought a shed for 79.00 thought it was scam but maybe cheaper from china. I ordered through paypal just in. Case. They sent it i waited and tracked. Never came. They offered to resend so i gave benefit of the doubt. Re tracked never came. They offered to resend a 3rd time. I denied and asked for a refund. They said they could only refund 60 percent and there would be bank fees. I emailed saying i wont pay one dollar because I received nothing. Filed a complaint with paypal and sent emails proving I contacted the seller and paypal got my money refunded the same day. Pvakle is a scam and paypal is a trust worthy company.

I was looking for a shed and finally came across pvakle and they were offering one for 79.00 thought it was cheaper because it was coming from china. I waited and waited and kept up with the tracking on a daily. I was excited because i finally got the info that it had been delivered. The package they sent fit in my mailbox and last i knew that couldnt be possible. I really dont know what to do from here. I dont understand how a company can do their customers like that. I know that there are a lot of people on this planet but repeat business what the goal is not to screw hard working people out of money that in this day and age its hard enough to make ends meet. Back to square one with no shed and down 79.00 at that.

I ordered a shed from Pvakle. There phone number was in Ohio and they had a secure website so I thought they were legit. I got a tracking number from China post. Over a month later I received a small white envelope with that tracking number and a pair of women's panties inside. Pvakle is a sham. They will stall a refund long enough to let the time run out to dispute the charge. Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and get your money back. Also report them to your Attorney General.

I noticed they were offering a $649.00 guitar for $56.00. I knew this was a fraud immediately. I did a scan and found those who had fallen for the scam. I wanted to report the site to you so that others might not be taken.

I bought a shed storage online with this company, I’ve being tracking item for almost two months , then I notice it was a small package and I wonder why was it a small package if the shed would weigh more than 300. Till today I have not received my shed, I finally investigated the website and the have very bad reviews that this is a scam. Their telephone number is not a working number. Tried several times to get my refund and they refused, I’m also filing a scam with authorities where they are using this address in Ohio

Was looking to purchase a shed and came across their website Pvakle.com. They say they are offering sheds for 79 dollars what would typically cost 2500.00. After looking over their policy. It states they they are not liable for incorrect information. Here is their wording.

So they are offering all these things for a very cheap price. Just look at the sheds and then look them up and see the real price Companies like this need to be shut down ASAP. By providing obvious false information they are not liable for the content they have on their site. Please shut the doors on this place. Americans deserve better
