I ordered outdoor collapsible chairs that had an attached side table and also rocked. I monitored the tracking from overseas and it stated my product was delivered to my porch. According to the tracker, it's delivered to the post office and then it's delivered to my front porch. Our small town does not deliver mail to our home so I know it wasn't delivered. I have sent them numerous emails requesting my funds back but it's always done excuse. They even supposedly sent me out new chairs which conveniently never arrived and went through the USPS again. Complaint scam. My only hope is that my bank will allow me to do a merchant dispute to obtain my funds.
