I chose the $2000. They requested for the money to be sent via Apple Pay so I sent it via Apple Pay. The puppy missed her “flight” due to there being payment method issues with the Apple Pay. They informed me that the puppy would be delivered the next day. The next day the shipping company tells me that the puppy is stuck in San Francisco airport because there needs to be a change of ownership papers done. The shipping company is now requesting $3000 to have this paperwork completed or else the puppy will be quarantined and stuck at the airport. The shipping company stated that a total of $5000 would be refunded once the puppy gets delivered. I refused to send more money. When I refused to send more money, they said they would send the puppy back to the breeder. I said that was fine and requested my $2000 back since they promised a refund. The shipping company stated they would not issue a refund as a refund was only promised once the puppy was delivered. I contacted the breeder asking for my $850 back and they are pretending they did not know the shipping company would be asking for such high amounts of money.
