David Washington called and said won 1.5 million and a car from Publishers Clearing House. Asked to send them $500.00 at first and I sent it to them through Wal-mar to Wal-Mart. Then he called me back for $887.00 for IRS taxes which I sent through Wal-mar to Wal-mart and now he is calling today for additional $1500.00 for a golden seal for the car. Money was sent in the name Ian Kelly Arnold state of Florida through Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart. Confirmation #8669965997 and 353487115.

I got a call from someone who said they were with Publishers Clearinghouse. The man said his name was John McKay and said I won $2.5 million dollars. The caller said I just had to send in 4 money orders, 3 of $1000 and 1 of $500. He said that this money was for federal state taxes in order to receive the million dollar winning. I called ScamPulse.com who said this was a scam

Mark Golden call me statin I won $2.5 Million Dollars, go to Walmart and pay $250.00 by doing a Walmart to Walmart Transfer. It like a wire transfer, I a like I was at Walmart sending them the money. Then they said they will send me my $7000.00 right-Away, they will be coming to my house. That's when I hung-up on them.

He wasn't paying any money to any one. When I told Michael what my husband said, he wasn't interest in talking to me any more. My husband and I figured it was a scam.

Consumer received an "Executive Memorandum" from "Executive Vice President Deborah Holland" with the subject line reading "Incomplete Compliance for your $25,000 A Month for Life Prize Number". It appears there was a handwritten note on the top of the letter stating "Mr._______ This was sent after you've ignored prior notices! Don't you want to win?". In the letter there were instructions of what the consumer would be receiving in the next day and they provided a prize number to use when calling them.

Called and was told I won over 2 million dollars, the caller identified himself as "William Kennedy" but sounded foreign. Asked him if he goes by "Bill" and the caller sounded confused. He mentioned his CEO " John Peterson with a code 995-20 would contact me with further information on how to get my 2 Million. Lots of red flags.

 Consumer received a numerous calls from someone claiming to be from Publisher's Clearinghouse. They asked for banking numbers as well as her social security number. Caller said that consumer would be sent a certified check. Consumer asked the caller if she could record the call and they hung up. There is a male in the background telling the female what to say over the phone to the consumer.

A lady call me stating I won $1 Million Dollars and they want to come to my house but, when they come it't going to be a suprise. So, she said, I'm not telling you when we coming. We know you are going to be so happy to receive your check. By the way, we are going to need you to give us your driver license number. My excitement die down and I figure this is a scam.

Billy Bradshaw called from Publishers Clearinghouse. He was Indian. He said I had won 3rd place: 6 million and a Mercedes Benz. He said I would not have to pay anything. He said I would need to insure it before they bring it because they don't want to have any concerns about them touching the money. He wanted me to open a new checking account to pay the $1500. He had my name, new address. phone number and my age: 65. He said their head office phone number is 816-542-5440. He gave me a confidential code which I was not to share: "We give it to you so you know it's us". He called back, and left a message "Hello, this is Billy Bradshaw, are you there?"

I received a text message from a friend who claimed she received $150,000 (cash) from Publisher's Clearing House. She told me to call a number for more info but I don't have the number handy. The last time I actually spoke with my friend was several months ago. I have not yet called her to verify if she actually sent the text.

Male person with an Indian accent with the name of Charles William called saying I had won $250,000, C class Mercedes 2019 with a year of Geico insurance, $5,000 a week for lifetime. He gave me a reference number and said not to give it to anyone. A car would be arriving in 45 minutes with a UPS truck. But first, the IRS would call to take the 1% out of my prize and PCH would cover

the other 29%.

Some foreign scammer called me and emailed me this week stating that i had won the sweepstakes and would receive $1.5 Million. They asked me to go to a local retailer like Walgreens or Walmart and get a moneygram for $485 and send it to a lady in California.

 Consumer received a call from "Publisher's Clearing House" stating that her husband won the big sweepstakes prize (cheering in the background was created over the phone). The consumer was apprehensive about acknowledging their "big win" and continued to ask the scammers how they obtain their winnings. The scammer proceeded to ask the consumer for their bank account information. The consumer advised the scammers that they can send the money via certified check. The scammer insisted that the money would be less if she opted for a certified check. Consumer advised scammer that she knew that she was being scammed. Scammer continued to call the consumer for several months after and repeated the same information as in previous phone calls.

Second prize winner of Publisher's Clearinghouse prize, $500,000, asked if I had an attorney, they said they were calling from a law firm, called several times, funds being distributed through an international bank, pay $65,000 up front, asked how I would use my winnings, he had an Eastern Indian accent. He said he was sending a courier to my address to deliver the reward, with the date and time of delivery, but they didn't show up.
