Consumer received an "Executive Memorandum" from "Executive Vice President Deborah Holland" with the subject line reading "Incomplete Compliance for your $25,000 A Month for Life Prize Number". It appears there was a handwritten note on the top of the letter stating "Mr._______ This was sent after you've ignored prior notices! Don't you want to win?". In the letter there were instructions of what the consumer would be receiving in the next day and they provided a prize number to use when calling them.

Called and was told I won over 2 million dollars, the caller identified himself as "William Kennedy" but sounded foreign. Asked him if he goes by "Bill" and the caller sounded confused. He mentioned his CEO " John Peterson with a code 995-20 would contact me with further information on how to get my 2 Million. Lots of red flags.

The scammer insisted that the money would be less if she opted for a certified check. Consumer advised scammer that she knew that she was being scammed.
