James Carter has been scamming my neighbor for 6 months. She said she is in love with him. I don't know how much money she is still giving him, but I know it's a lot. Family and friends tell her it's a scam but she won't believe it. I don't know how to help her. He said he was from New York, but who knows.

Then start asking personal questions - If I was married - I told him none of his business

I told him I was gonna report him - JAMES CARTER 646-738-9214

Also if I wanted to receive the money privately or public. So I told him privately.

Obviously this is a scam... and trying to get information TO GET MONEY... I FEEL YOU SHOULD FOLLOW UP ON THIS SCAMMER AND PUT HIM IN JAIL

Just received a call from some odd number. I did not answer, but they left a message saying the same thing and I need to contact "James Carter". Scammers are everywhere trying to get your money. So shameful.
