I ordered for Christmas 2 Premium Honoring All Who Served US Navy Veteran Zip Hoodies $59.99 each. Totaling $ 101.98 on my credit card using PayPal. I then see that PayPal paid monies to a Tran Van Nghia in China. They said my order was on a flight, then they said it was limbo somewhere. Then it was still in another country. When I called the phone numbers provided one was no longer in service, the other number hung up in a couple of rings. They already deducted monies from my account. I placed a stop payment, notified my bank, the better business bureau, and the national veterans line.
