I contacted yahoo.com through their Chat Box for assistance with my personal email and was told I would receive a call within 24 hrs, shortly thereafter I got a call from Protect Computers LLC, John Bruce 888-653-3567 microsoft tech (microsoft was misspelled) which should have been a "red flag" and I have no idea how John Bruce was able to intercept my yahoo.com call. I did go on line and discovered it was a sccam company from India.
