These people did provide a service for a one-time fee of $1...I don't recall seeing any small print that said if you use the site one time they would create an account for you and bill your credit card a monthly fee for a service you only wanted once...may be really small print somewhere which is really deceptive and they rely on people like me who don't check their cc statement every single month not to notice that they are being fleeced for a 'membership fee' for a service that they didn't ask for or need...this is a scam and someone should make them CLEARLY identify that if you use their service once they will sign you up whether you want them to or not.
