I purchased information for $1.00 via website. Several days later a $20.00 charge was on my credit card. After contacting company I was told that I was being charged $20.00 for a bundle package. I did not authorize a charge nor request a bundle package. See email attached.

You were charged $20.00 as part of the volume discount package.

Your account is now closed, and all future charges are voided. Confirmation number: 7227771.

Your transaction of $20.00 was refunded, so the charge was cancelled before it went through. It may take up to 2 business days for this to update on your statement.
