This company is selling propane tanks online. Once the item is added to the cart, an email link is sent to your email with wire transfer info. If you google the company address it actually comes up a different company (Chuck's Surplus). A person also called and asked for proof of wire transfer. I believe this company is fraudulent.

Contacted propanetanktraders.com via website then by phone. Discussed and quoted the purchase of a propane tank for home use. Contact on phone for business wanted to make transaction over phone, for tank purchase and to be shipped. Inquired about coming to business to purchase and pick up the tank. Propane tank traders contact agreed to on site purchase. Attempted to find business at registered address, and the business was not at the address listed. Contacted propane tank traders seller in attempt to locate the correct address, and the seller was very misleading on the phone and making excuses, then disconnected the call. Multiple attempts were made to reconnect call. *note- afterwards, called multiple propane suppliers to check on validity of business, multiple sources acknowledged other customers have been given misleading information from the same business.
