Manlytshirts.com is a scam site

Ordered over $300 of product on 12/13/2024, started inquiring by phone 12/26 (number didn't work) email-support email address sends auto-subscribe confirmation, service email address rejects, multiple inquiries into order, website login 1/3/2025 no longer works, credit card charged, online status shows 'unfulfilled' and no way to track "order not found" even with tracking number and order number provided.

This is a report about a drop-shipper business named "Manly" who scammed me by advertising goods of a certain quality on Instagram, then shipping me an obviously poor quality product. Any attempts to request a refund have been met with customer service representatives of poor language skills that basically say that a refund cannot be possible. This is a classic cash grab and I feel dumb for having been taken for this scam. Please stop this from happening to others in the general public.
