I got a email from Lowes stating that if i took a survey there would be a free gift at the end of survey. I proceeded to take the survey considering i just purchased material at lowes i thought nothing of it. When picking the free gift at the end there was just a small shipping fee of $8.75 and i received the gift that looked opened and used. counted it at a loss until 10/18/2021 i seen a charge for $27.25. I called the company that was listed on my bank statement and was told that this is a monthy fee, for what? she could not put into detail or explain. i asked to speak with the manager, told no one is available, i said thats fine ill discontinue the so called service i never authorized and ill call the BBB, she was quick to then refund my money and cancel the so called monthly fee. I figured to keep others safe from this scam is to alert the ScamPulse.com for further investigation. the number is 866-993-5887
