I purchased though the link on social media, processed the purchase offe of 2 pairs of shoes for Q630 (US$81), my debit card was charged Q660 (US$86). I receive a confirmation email with an order number, a few days later a tracking number. Since september 2, I received a notice that the product was delivered in Malaysia, not in Guatemala. I wrote customer service to make sure the shoes were sent to Guatemala, and since then I have been trying to get a refund, but the always send false links and contact numbers. They are not willing to help, nor tell me where my product is. They refuse to refund my purchase even though they have 30 days money back guarantee. The last communication I received yesterday, is that I have to prove a non existent customs office my proof of purchase.

Men’s underwear by Hello was advertised to me on instagram, I ordered 3 pairs on July 23, 2024, after a month of no response from the company, I emailed them asking that they refund me. Finally on September 24, 24 their customer service responded and said they’re payment processor “Stripe” is not able to refund me and that I should bring the matter to my credit card company. There are features of the company that seem like a scam, however—for instance for a company that initially advertised to me in instagram, their actual instagram account is very sparse with posts.
