This is a fraudulent company. They are purchasing ads on social and essentially selling a product that doesn't exist. I am reporting for myself but I suspect there are several others that bought their "limited quantity available" shtick. After digging deeper, the product isn't even shipping from WY, it's coming from China. At this point, nothing is coming from China. We all know it. They have indicated they won't refund me at all, no matter what. It's a scam. I fell for it.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and added their “free return coverage”because it said that this was the only way to make returns for reasons other than wrong or damaged items. When I received the shoes, they didn’t fit me and had an extremely strong chemical smell that made me concerned about the safety of wearing them and sweating in them during a long shift. So I requested return rather than exchange. I was promptly told that their policy does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than wrong product sent or damaged product. I sent them a copy of their “free return coverage” which I had paid for and they replied that they do not accept returns and did not respond further.
