I ordered 2 different scents and it took almost a month to arrive. When they did arrive they had completely different packaging than what I ordered, they were filled to different heights, had a different bran name on it (OceAura), had zero scent at all, and was the lowest quality oil I’ve ever felt. I tried to contact their customer service 4 times to no avail. Sometimes they would respond and sometimes they wouldn’t but they would end up ghosting me.
