Left a voicemail on my cell phone. Claimed my number linked to my residence (no details to address) which I was being taken to court and needed additional info for paperwork to be signed. Identified as Jacob Walker and used my full name. Left a court file number 2023- 119869 and quoted a violation if I didn't comply 18-1501 unlawful evasion of service. Left call back number as 1 866 960 1618 but call id showed 303 586 7635

I received a call from Process Service Dispatch from a local number. Asked me to call 855-391-3264. They said that a courier was being dispatched to deliver documents regarding a debt I had "several years ago". They are contracted by a law firm now owning the debt. I asked what was the date of the debt and they could not provide. I stated that I could not recall the debt and that it was a scam. They stated the documents are going to be sent out. I replied that I was not going to sign for them. That their claim was bogus and fraudulent.

Process Service Dispatch scam

Left message saying that they delivered a summons to my home (current Address).
If I did not appear they would put a lien on my home.
Then they called my sister's phone. Said that they delivered summons to said address (old address). Gave me a reference number and number to call:

I called posing as my sister. They told me it was for an unpaid Wells Fargo balance. I told them that the account was closed satisfactorily with no balance. Advised that this was fraud, person hung up.
I told my sister, she called and was hung up on.
I reported them to (FTC) Federal Trade Commision 1-877-382-4357 who confirmed scam.

I received a weird call from (305)367-8329 in South Florida. This is the voice message left for me, and with my aunt. There is no firm associated with these phone numbers and this isn’t any pending cases is Dade or Broward county with my name or any variation.

“This message is intended for the defendant_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_. This is Freeman calling with the process service dispatch we have the summons and complaint being served for a civil lawsuit which was rejected. Contact the legal firm handling your case at 866-339-0157, your case number assigned is the 22 65–3xxxxx. You're failing to comply with the firm, ___(my name)___ _______, will result in for the legal proceedings to take place without your knowledge or consent…”

I got a weird call from (707)908-9280 in Benecia, CA. This is the voice message left for me, and then my ex. There is no firm associated with these phone numbers and this isn’t how liens are served anyway.

“This message is intended for property owner _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_. This is Melissa calling with the process service dispatch we have the summons and complaint being served out to the location on file for yourself. if you were not gonna be present to receive and sign where there is still concerns on the complaint pending or the temporary lien orders being requested for the property it would be in the best interest that you report to the issuing agents legal department immediately for needs to be reached at 866-339-0157 case number assigned is the 20 22–5xxxxx. You're failing to comply with the firm, ___(my name)___ _______, will result in for the legal proceedings to take place without your knowledge or consent…”

This scammer Michelle Wright calling from Process service dispatch calling my cell phone and my business phone leaving messages with Case numbers and that they are going to dispatch an officer to my location to serve this court order summons, asking if there are policies or procedure that needs to be considered not to disrupt business operations. to call back the number 866-339-0350. With a reference of this case number 22-653407. They have been calling since August. They said it would only be 2 attempts and they have been calling on a regular basis and leaving messages on my main work voicemail. This is ridiculous, there has to be something I can do about it.
