A Woman called me & left a voicemail at 10:39am on November 27th 2023, from 214-258-1179, telling me that they attempted to Serve me but there was no answer at our door. Now, I have a RING camera & I've checked it & NO ONE came to my door to serve us anything. Also, my daughter, her husband & I all (3) work from home- all day. Anyway, she claimed that because of they're not being able to serve us at that time the process servers would be contacting my husband at his work. Now not too soon after that voicemail was left, my adult daughter (who still lives at home & has her own business) was contacted by this same woman & she was told the same thing, with the exception that they wanted to serve my Husband instead of me. The calls made to my daughter were (3) in all, made today November 27th, 2023. The number they call from is 945-215-0266 is not a Dallas Tx & the # they give is 1-855-797-7697. This person reads off a Ticket # H23-38069. I just cannot see this as an actual creditor calling about some past bills we didn't pay. The ONLY time I WAS SERVED was about 15 yrs ago, the Sheriffs Dept came out to my home in the country & served me with a set of blue papers covering the actual documents.
