They canceled my shipping order without notice or refund. I called prismsilks, & the phone number on the website did not work. I called UPS they said that the account who created the shipping label closed their UPS account. I reported this to my bank & they told me they would probably give me the money back after they investigate them. I tried sending pictures of the emails & UPS tracking code but wasn't able to upload them. The company's linkedin page says this company is managed by a Nicole Hovastadt...
