This company is running major ads on on Facebook and Instagram for a new foundation. I placed an order on Dec 28. They originally claim it is a Canadian product but it actually is an imported product from China being sold in Canada. When inquiring about my order on Jan 12, I received a tracking number from China with a promised delivery of 6-10 days. Jan 23 I reached more and found another email address [email protected]. This resulted in the owner calling and texting me with a long explaination of why orders aren't being sent but the he would do it that night and would send a new tracking number. Then it was going to be on Jan 27. The listed email address of [email protected] no longer works. [email protected] doesn't respond. On social media he posted another email address [email protected] but no response from that either. I have continued to text to ask for a tracking number but I get no reponse at all now. This company is STILL running ads and claiming a next day fulfillment.
