I answered a Craigslist ad in August 2022. The ad was for a contractor he quoted me by email $16,000 for a 24x44 foot pole building. We met in person to give him $10,000 in cash for a deposit. We wanted bigger overhangs on the building so he said that was an additional $2,876, which I sent him via check. He promised to have the building complete by winter. One excuse after the other caused us to hold off until winter was over due to too much snow fall. In March I reached out and again it was one excuse after another. Now it is July and almost an entire year later and he has yet to do one thing at our property He agreed, three weeks ago to a total refund but to date no refund and now he is refusing to reply to any of my inquiries. Yesterday I looked up some information on Buildzoom and saw two ratings of one star for the same builder where he scanned in person out of $20k and another of $87k! He must be stopped. Please help me

Neal Foster and Monica Foster- Prime Builders scammed us out of approximately $48,000 and left us with a wrecked house. They are cons and continue to scam people through Craigslist. We currently have the Idaho Attorney General investigating and the Idaho Department of Occupational Licensing. Please beware!
