I placed an order totaling $20,821.18 on the website https://prestigesperfumesbv.com. I reached out to them; they claimed to be a legitimate company, but I later discovered they were pretending to be the legitimate business Prestige Perfumes B.V., which, I later found out, has a different actual website name. By the time I realized I had placed an order with an imposter, I had already paid 50% of my order. They provided me with a fake tracking number and a fake logistics company. At this point, I asked for a refund because I did not want to continue with my order and loss more money. They said that was okay; they would cancel the order and give me a refund within 30 days. However, it has been over 30 days, I have not received anything, and they have stopped responding to my emails. I did my research; I thought this company was legitimate, but I was wrong. This website is not the authentic business website because they use a different name online website than what they use for shipping. They have a good history of shipping to the United States, and many companies work with them. I thought it was the same company I was working with, but it was someone else using their name and reputation and a fake website to scam people. I unfortunately became a victim of this scam.
