I ordered a speaker/phone charger from said website. I paid for express delivery. I never received it. Contacted customer service via email (provided no phone #. The only answer I received over & over was they did not know what carrier had my package but they gave me a tracking #. When I tried to track I kept receiving the same message. “We do not have a package with that tracking number”. I tried to find the same site I purchased from & they have changed it completely. No matter how many times I’ve contacted customer service I receive the same response. “Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient.
