They said they could get medication that I couldn’t afford and took my money but never sent the medication.

I was a member for years, always something. Needing more paperwork. This year was the worse...l haven't received medical for six months atc129$ per month, my doctor refused to fill out scripts every few months..for a year...l received a complete packet from the mgf of my insulin stated they do not accept prescription life line anymore. Now it's March no meds still. At this point I canceled life line, ripoff they stated they sent 3 months of insulin to my doctor, he never received any..prescription life line refused to resend it, so for six months att 129$ per l had to use Medicare insurance...l am pissed at myself waiting so long...Ripoff

Scam for sure. 6 weeks ago they took $113.00 out of my checking account. 3 weeks ago they took $69.00. I have not received anything. When I signed up I felt relieved that I found some financial relief. I started Medicare and my insulin doubled in cost. The next day I started having doubts and I talked to Travis. He is a smooth talker and told me how hard it is to do the paperwork. Ok so I stayed. 2 weeks lat er I still had an uneasy feeling. Again i talked to Travis. I stayed. In the meantime i found a PAP
Prescription Assistant Program. I will be getting my meds free and they will be delievered to my door.
I called Perscription lifeline and cancelled I will not receive any money back. They say it was easy to get PAP because they had already done all the paperwork which go me approved. I have not received anything.SCAM RUN

billing a deceased womans account for 4 months!
My mother passed away last September 6th, Prescription lifeline has been drawing $88.00 a month from her account. Finally after not being able to figure out who was making these withdrawals I put a stop payment on them. They promptly sent out a letter, now I knew who was doing it. I explained that she had passed and asked them to return the $352.00 and they replied it against their policy, they should be ashamed of themselves! Just wrong in so many ways.

I thought i had called a pharmaceutical company to get my husbands diabetic meds cheaper.

I talked with 2 people and was told i could get both for very litte money. After i gave them personal information i find out the meds were free but i was paying for their service. I then talked to a patient advocate who assured me they worked with the pharmaceutical company. After 2 hrs on the phone the cost changed due to one of the meds they couldnt get. Ok so when we finished i asked one more time about the meds 3 mo supply for very little cost. Then i find out i pay monthly ach out of my cking

After we finished i had a gut feeling i had been had. Within an hr i sent an email cancellation. It cost me bank fees to stop. Then i get a call from the advacate care rep stating she understood i was cancelling. I said you are a scam. She asked me where i saw that. I said bbb. She tried to make it out to be all lies and they work directly with the pharmaceutical company. Little did she know i had already gotten the number and sent an email to the pharmaceutical legal dept. they called me and confirmed they do not work with Prescription Lifeline and was sending my information to their legal dept. they are hiding under merck co. Beware they have changed there name so its on bbb as Select Benefits but have two other names they use the Prescription Lifeline and something 360.
