Got scammed. Do not send $$ through cash app,Venmo or zelle.

I dealt with Roger, he was very communicative at first untill he took my 200$deposit. his number is not legit shows up area code 516-696-6918 shows up spam on the web. When I called roger the next day to change the date which was a week in advance. Tells me I need another 200$ to change the date because the driver already picked up the route. which I just kept the original date. That's when I knew I've been scammed. Decided to take my 200$ loss and go with another company. Roger calls me two days after the original date was suppose to be picked up and tells me the driver is having mechanical problems and that the drivers are on strike and that 700$ upon delivery charge will now be 2,000. And now the SCARY PART! Roger then tells me what company I went with. Literally pin points the transport co. I went with. Very shady dude. People do not send cash app or zelle through the phone.

Licensed but scammers!

They quoted me low, made excuses as to why they were late picking up my car. Then said they were almost there but got to the dealership 45 minutes after it closed. Said they were parked out front so they could get it first thing in the morning but dealership said that wasn't true. Then they doubled my price without telling me and when I asked why, they said "circumstances" but wouldn't explain what circumstances those were. He just said read your contract then talk to me. Over a week later, my car is still at the dealership and they told me if I want to terminate their services I would lose the deposit and be charged an additional fee. They refuse to remove their listing so no other drivers are bidding to do the job and now they are completely ignoring me. Worst company I've ever encountered in my life. All representatives are in a call center in India and they are no help at all. After seeing all the bad reviews now, I can't belief they still have a license

If it seems too good to be true usually is!

I found them by looking for Some quotes. They sent me a message via text and an email. Even after other companies told me that the price will change he's still Guaranteed me the price . The price was $225 The first day was told he would pick it up but then it turned out to be too late . I had to pay for storage another day and they were supposed to pick it up that next morning. Then he claimed that nobody else could get to it because they were all very far away and it was Snow birds season so a guy would be coming from over 100 miles away to pick it up. Then they all of a sudden wanted $600. We finally agreed on the price and I awaited for my car until 2 hours before it was supposed to arrive. I found out on my own that it was never picked up.They didn't reach out to me to tell me what was going on. I had to find out . Then he gave me some bs that the driver's family was sick and to get my refund from the driver and he gave me his phone number. I said that is not my responsibility. If you don't want to give me my money back. I said I will report you as a scam and I will report you to all the companies that I looked for quotes from. By the way I had to report them to cash app i'm still waiting for my refund..

Don’t trust this company

After trying to charge more than the contract stated, they refuse to give refunds. Then try to blackmail you by saying they’ll give you a refund after you remove your review or dispute. Once you do remove it, they still do not refund your money. All victims need to report them to the FMCSA.

Shady and Unethical

As other have mentioned, there I’ll give a low price, ask for a deposit through Venmo, Cashapp, etc and then raise the price on the day they are supposed to pick up. Then refuse to give a refund even after they ask you to cancel the dispute. Stay away from the company. If this had happened to you, report to the DMV.

I paid $250 and communication fell through after paying $250. Paid thru PayPal and did not get any updates or whatsoever. Did not see a review of the company on BBB accredited. After reading these reviews, I decided to cancel my reservation. Please do not fall for this. I hope this helps others and more people to be aware of this company. Auto premium Shipping inc.

Premium auto shipping scam!!!

Richa Mishra is actually the name of the employee. I believe it is her and her husband that run the company. Just a couple scammers. Company is based out of NY but if you look her up on Facebook I believe they live in Connecticut. Which is ironic because that’s where I had my car shipped. Bait and switch pricing. Lies and more lies. Dishonest pick up and delivery dates. Just terrible people. I’m sure they will change company names after a while because of all the negative reviews. These people are horrible human beings and I’m sure will suffer when karma pays their family back for scamming honest people. But the owner will stay the same. Richa Mishra. Not Zane or Joe or whatever fake American name they give you. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Got scammed

Needed a vehicle to be transported and the guy called me. He goes by Zane Smith. They go by American names to be more “credible”. His supposed managers name is Dan Walker also fake . He will ask you to communicate thru text and will give a generic contract. Deposit will be asked thru Zelle or cashapp that have no-refund policies. I just lost 150. He will argue that gas prices are rising and drivers demand more money do not have the car transported by this guy. Trying to get into contact with sheriff to get this guy down

This so called business reached out to me about shipping my car just like many other businesses. After them receiving my deposit communication fell through and I then discovered that they were calling me from a Text Now app number. They have no website, no legit terms and conditions or policies. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my shipping until the next day after I asked for my money back since I would not be shipping my car anymore. I was told I could be credited and the deposit was non refundable although I didn’t sign anything. They also go by the name Simrat or something. This business is a total scam!
