Cancellation of subscription and refunding

I've entered my credit card details by mistake, because I was going to subscribe for the other product, not connected with this at all. They placed contextual advertising on the site I needed. I got confused and thought that for the product I need, I need to provide card data for verification. It said the product was free, just like what I needed, so I unsuspectingly entered the details. And only some time later, I received a message about the withdrawal of funds without my knowledge, and it is not yet clear for what services, which I did not think to order.
As it turns out this is a related site to this one (they have one owner GLondon Limited). I got a nickname (RedCatchDaddy2842), but I was never able to contact them.

I just want to get my money bach and cancell the subscription.
