It is now Friday and he is just giving us the runaround. I paid him through cashapp so I have filed a scammer complaint with them as well. The new cellphone number he has is 912-689-5115

He claim he is college student and do for extra cash.
Study at UIW and Texas A&M for Federal agent. Ask for power-wash first . $ 200. Then offer half deposit to buy material for house paint.
Next day, call for more deposit. He claim he is out of cash and material cost more than he expected. i didnt' pay him extra. i filed consumer complaint in regional.

Their wife scammed this guy by offering his power washing services for 500 dollars, including "sealant." When he finished the job, the concrete was still very dirty. He said the sealant would clear it out after two hours, but it didn't. Luckily my wife was skeptical about his way of doing business and asked him to accept 350, and we could pay for the rest of the dirty spots once they cleared up. The guy did not call us back for his 250, and he stopped answering our calls. He asked us to pay through the square cash app under "$FloresMoneyy," uses this email [email protected], and his phone number is 210-996-6911.

Scammed by Joshua Flores powerwashing

He scammed me for 2,700.00 for a powerwashing of my house, driveway and money he took for the repairs of my daughter's car. He said he owned 20% of South Texas Collison Center. He said that he also had a tree services and powerwashing services. If anyone knows how to find thus individual please text me or call me. 210-569-3101. I will be filling a report with the police department. This happened in Helotes tx

Yesterday (01-18-2022) I was scammed by the same Guy, Joshua Flores. He said something like “I am a student and work when I am off school …”. I normally power wash my driveway myself but unfortunately, I have a good heart and I like to help so I paid him 200$ to power wash and seal my concrete. He did such a bad job and left. Called him back he said he will come back to finish off his work and never came back.
His phone number is (210)848-5767. I would gladly file another complaint against this guy and i think we should all collect our stories and file a single complaint against and against whoever does scams like that.

I know who he is and he has scammed some of my clients as well and he used my company name before I also filed with SAPD I have an article were he stole someone's pressure washer as well and he worked with a contractor I know and he also stole from him as well if you still need work done I can get it done for a great price and I never take payment before job i always take payment after job is done my company number is 2102559880

Joshua Flores said he was a student at a local Catholic university (Incarnate Word) He gave me his business flyer that outlined the power wash work he does. He wanted $325 dollars to power wash drive way, sidewalk, front of brick house, back of brick house, deck, and pool deck. He would seal all surfaces, and email me an invoice plus warranty. He wanted cash only. I paid him $235 in cash, and wrote a check to his "mother" Silvia Alvarado for $90. He partially completed the work--the drive way, sidewalk,and front of house. He said he was leaving for lunch (3 pm) and never returned. On the back of the business flyer, another business is listed, www.SAQualityTreeServices.com. 210-725-4242. When I called that number, I reached a voice mail. The website for the business is real, and I have contacted the company. I filed a complaint with the San Antonio Police Department and the Texas Consumer Complaint Division.
