Ordered product and emails to check shipping after a few weeks. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response even though their site says they will respond in 24 hours. Reached out through social medi platforms too

Finally heard back from a “Sam” whom said they had an issue with ownership or some
Mess and was asked to wait until June. I waited until august and never got my order still. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. I just want my money back at this point. I’m so irritated.
