Online Retailer Scam

I looked up Pori jewelers, as they also sell on Amazon and Walmart. The website that came up was Pori “jewelry”. I bought a 2MM 14 K gold necklace. They offer free 30 day return. It did not come in a poor box like I have received from Amazon, and the stamp on the necklace looked fake. I tried calling their number, contacting through their website form, and emailing them for over a week to request to return the necklace. I then looked up their address and the name of the company at that address is best silver, INC. I called and the employee got flustered when I asked about returning Pori She said they were just a distributor and they do not deal with returns. She said she had the email address for the person who worked at. The email ended in silvertime.com. When I looked at reviews for best silver Inc., somebody mentioned they bought Cory fake jewelry from that company and gave them a one star. That was three years ago, which means they’ve been selling fake jewelry for at least three years on the website, mimicking the real Pori jewelers that sells at Walmart and Amazon. I contacted my credit card company and filed a report with the FTC.
