The website shows photos of beautiful three-dimensional wire fairy sculptures and describes them as 2-3' tall, but what I received are cheap two-dimensional stamped metal fairies that are about 5-8" tall. When the 6 sculptures I ordered arrived in a 4"x8"x12" box, I knew immediately that they were not going to be what I ordered and I discovered the cheap imitation pieces upon opening the package. I emailed the service department and included photos from their website and the product I received and asked for a full refund. They initially said I could keep them and they'd refund 20%. I replied that I would be happy ONLY with a 100% (or greater) refund and that I did not want these products. They ignored my request again and offered 30% discount, again saying I could keep the product. I emailed again requesting immediate full refund and a return shipping address and/or label. Their next email offered 35% refund: "In this case, we would like to refund you 35% of the product and you do not need to return the product to our warehouse, which is the highest refund we can offer.

Unfortunately, if you insist on returning the item, please return it to the following address.
