I attempted to order an artbook from Jeff Thomas through his website https://www.ponandzi.net/, where he offers books, enamel pins, and art prints for sale. After being charged 8.50 for delivery and 20 for the art book I eagerly awaited my purchase. After 6-8 weeks and no book, I returned to the site and attempted to reach out via the "contact" link, providing my first and last name, order number, and email address. This order was placed 2/20/2024 and I have yet to received so much as a response regarding my purchase.
