I ordered a pet care item online from pominie.com - I received confirmation and an order tracking page, but the item was never sent. Emails to their support team at [email protected] went unanswered, and calls to their contact number were terminated without anyone answering (did not even ring). I lost $11.99. It is now past the full delivery window and I am still unable to reach this "company" for clarification or support.

I placed thw order from Pominie.com, received a confirmation email and realized the shipping address was not correct so I tried contacting thwm.After several failed attempts through email to [email protected],I tried to call the number provided and all I get is a busy signal.Their is no way to contact them other than the number and email they provided and neither one of those have worked.Therefore thos site is most definitely a scam.It is called Pominie.com out of Quebec Canada

I ordered a cat scratching post from Pominie (Pominie.com) on 2/24/26 from the search results under shopping. The money, $16.99, was taken out. The company had sent me an email of the confirmation that I had purchased it from Pominie [email protected]>

reply to:Pominie:[email protected] my bank alerted me on 3/1/26 that Pawheartlounge.com was trying to make a transaction. I sent no, and it was blocked. The website shows a different address than the bank transaction had. It showed the company PAWHEARTLOUNGE.COM

877-5105448, CA 91733 US. I tried tracking the order on the Pominie website, and it says at the bottom that it could not find the order.
