Type of a scam: Identity Theft

I was billed $79.99. On my statement

polishedchiccosmetics I was charged $79.99 on my government issued debit card!
Who is this and why am I being charged! I’m a 63 Y/O single disabled woman! I want and need my money returned. I will provide a copy/snap shot of my debit card statement with this email

I am the manager of Polished Chic, LLC, located in Jefferson, GA. Today I had a man from California, contact me and say that we had charged him $19.99 and his credit card company reported it as fraud. The charge came through as Polished Chic Cosmetics, which is not our business. This was the second time in recent months that this has happened. We had another lady from New York contact us on Facebook for a $79.99 charge with the same business name attached. She sent us a screenshot I'll be happy to share if needed. I'm hoping there is something you can do that will help us because I don't want this to reflect poorly on our business. When you Google "Polished Chic", our business populates most of the search, so I don't want people assuming we're running a scam. Let me know what other details you need. Thank you.
