I ordered Smart Rainbow LED Permanent Outdoor Lights and instead received APP Smart Fairy lights. The product is not what I paid for and when I reached out to the company to get a refund they replied,

"Thanks for your great support and the pictures.

If you really don’t like them, will it be possible to give them to others?

Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.

We can compensate you 50USD and you can keep the product.

Please kindly inform.

Thanks!"

The lights were supposed to be outdoor Christmas lights and the lights I received are little Fairy lights that have a USB connection end. They are nothing light what was advertised or ordered.
