She posted the document live before showing it to any of the vendors. The document was not at all what was advertised to us. It is a 350+ page PDF document that is meant to be printed. The vendor advertisements are on the last few pages - my advertisement is on page 302. The document is compiled of unaltered Canva Pro templates that she is claiming are her design and profiting from using without crediting the creator. There are 20+ pages just of colouring sheets and blank journal pages. There are spelling and grammar errors throughout the document, and it is of very poor quality. Additionally, she posted my personal phone number after I specifically told her not to, spelled my business name wrong, and did not use the photo I provided.
Rhonda claims to be a digital media design expert and sells her services on her website and Facebook. This document is so far from being a professional document - it is copyrighted and is not at all what was advertised to vendors. She has multiple documents in multiple provincial Facebook groups and has made thousands of dollars from these documents already. She is now seeking more vendors to fill the advertising pages.
I feel that I was not provided the service that was advertised, and the document is of such poor quality. She violated my privacy by posting my phone number publically and is not making any effort to fix the problem after multiple emails and messages. I really do feel I got scammed by someone who is trying to make a buck on Facebook.
