I attempted to use plantum services from Plantum.com to help with a plant. I was charged and paid an initial fee of $6.99. After that, they have tried to bill me again for an ongoing payment twice that I never approved. Trying to cancel this service by phone has been unsuccessful. They have zero voice mail set up. When you call the listed number, (786) 386-2197, it just rings and rings. When sending an email to [email protected] they just asked me more questions without resolution such as what are the last 4 digits of the card I used? I contacted my bank and my debit card was closed. Now, they have tried twice to charge my new debit card the same amount of money.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Their business practice is terrible for any type of communication.
