Purchased some compression socks online through Compression and & Plantar Socks, company name they used was very similar to a vendor Amazon uses. The compression strength was a bit stronger than ones sold by Amazon however, the scammers sold the socks individually rather than a 10 pack and that appealed to me. Once I made my purchase i was sent an email confirming my order with a message informing me that it would take 3-5 days for the order to be processed. Once the order was processed it would take 5-15 days to be delivered. My purchase was made on 12/8/2023 and I continued to receive further emails about sales they were offering. Once I realized I had not received the socks I contacted them by phone 331-227-9035, I called several times but showed it was busy. I looked up the area code, it covers portions of the Chicago suburbs, I thought it was legit, then I emailed them at their address and an automatic form letter was sent to me explaining the above shipping information I typed above as well as refund policies guaranteeing 100% satisfaction. It even mentioned sizing issues, color discrepancies, etc..I sent my message to them 4 times and received the same emails. I tried a 5th time and then they ghosted me.

Plantar Socks website. I purchased compression socks from them on August 10, 2023 and paid with my PayPal account. The verification of my purchase was sent to me the same day. They stated that my order would be processed in 3-5 days and should be received in 10-15 days. I never got the socks. The email gives a phone number to contact, 888-513-7077. It belongs to another company. A Google search of the company lists a phone number as 331-227-9035. This number also belongs to another company. Their email for questions lists as [email protected]. Messages to them are never answered. There are other complaints similar to mine on reviews.

Ordered compression socks on May 4, 2023. Have not received. Contacted by email approx 8 times with automated response reply of they have been shipped. Used the tracking and the tracking company has closed the order on their side because the product hasn't been delivered. No kidding.

I did a search on the web for socks, I ordered through this company using my debit card. The money was withdrawn from my checking account, but I never received my socks. I have sent multiple emails and I get a email returned with a promise to contact me within two days.

I ordered socks via the plantar socks.com website on 11/27/22 and was charged $28.94. I received the socks and immedidately contacted plantarsocks.com at premiertruststore.zendesk.com to request a return label as stated on their website. On 12/10/22, I received a reply from premiertruststore.zendesk.com that my request was processing.I have emailed them 4 times since then, using [email protected], with my order # requesting return information receiving no replies from them. In my last email, I informed them I would be contacting BBB.

I ordered a pair of compression socks online on December 7th and received a text on December 8th with an order number and tracking number. When I went to check the tracking number for the shipment, it took me to this website http://m.17track.net/zh-cn/ where everything was in Chinese. I called the company, and a man picked up, saying ****** Pest Control. There is no address on the website for this company.
