I was searching for a electric heater, Pipiup website advertised a 2000-3000 watt heater, and in the information, the photo of the heater had the heating element glowing red. The instructions in the box show that it is a 1500 watt heater, the heating element does not glow red, it barely gets hot. This heater won't raise the temperature of a small room 1°. I contacted their customer service to initiate a return and I have not received a response yet. A 1500 watt heater on ebay is $5.59 plus shipping, some hair dryers are 1800 watts. The website doesn't tell you the item is shipping from China and it takes weeks to receive. I ordered on 2/10 and received 3/4. Don't buy the overpriced stuff from this website.

I purchased Pipiup's Multifunction Pedal Resistance Band from Pipiup.com for exercise on February 19, 2026. They charged the purchased immediately to my credit card and I never heard from them again. Not when it would be shipped or any of my inquiries as to the status of my order. I asked for a refund but I never heard back and there was no response. I lost $24.98.

There are many advertisements on line and samples of how to use the band. I thought it was real, obviously not.

My order was listed as ORDER ***********.
