Do yourself a favor and STAY THE HELL AWAY from these [censored]! You will get scammed if you do not. They are sending out CHEAP products and will not contact you if you request a return or a refund.

I currently have filed a claim with PayPal in order to get my money back for the WRONG $53.96 pixel fold case. Someone needs to shut these clowns down as they are ripping customers off and then disappearing.

You have been warned.

Ordered a case for my S23 Ultra... they sent the wrong case and it was defective anyway, also just wrapped in cheap bubble wrap. I emailed them immediately about a refund... no response. I took the step to request a refund via PayPal and suddenly Pinnacle Luxuries responded through PayPal saying they would send the correct case. Days later and no response to my request for an update on if they had shipped it and could provide shipping details... I than escalated it as a "claim" with PayPal... PayPal said it would take a few days to review things. A few days later PayPal said the "claim" was finalized and in my favour! The very next day the refund was applied to my credit card from PayPal! I recommend everyone who has these issues with Pinnacle Luxuries go through the steps via PayPal to get your refund, PayPal was awesome to deal with!

Ordered a phone case. Received a notice 3 weeks later that it has been delivered. I never received the product and there’s no phone number for this company. They’re a SCAM!

If this many people have been scamed by this website witch comes right up on a Google search why the [censored] is Google allowing this to continue, and don't tell me the gov. cant stop it or track them down because they are monitoring everyone.

I have a bad experience with Pinnacle Luxury Co. I ordered an iWatch screen protector, I ordered the wrong size, when I noticed I emailed them immediately but no response, I tried to look for a phone number but of course they don’t have one, I emailed them 5 times but they didn’t respond to any of my emails. After two weeks I received my order of course wrong size and with some scratches, very bad quality. I wish I will seen the reviews before I placed my order. I lost $49.95. I don’t recommend any purchases from this website. Scammers :(

I have contacted this company for the FORTH time with no response or resolution. I ordered a case on January 25th. I emailed them immediately after I placed the order because I accidentally ordered the s21 case instead of the s21 ultra. I asked if they could cancel the order or change the order on their end to provide me with the correct case. I have received no response after the website states they respond the same day or within 24 hours. I understand I made the mistake, but i was hoping they would be able to resolve this issue. I received an email today stating the wrong size of case (s21) is being shipped to me. I'm extremely disappointed they dont have a way to edit or cancel an order when done incorrectly after minutes of placing the order. With no response and no help on this matter I will never be placing an order through this company again. Because they are sending the incorrect case, i will need the directions (because again, it's not posted on the site) to return this case and exchange it with the correct size. Because I need them to reply with instructions to do so I'm more than likely SOL. Again, I'm extremely disappointed with the way the company communicates with customers. I will never recommend this site to any potential customers. Please save your self the time and money by not falling into their scam of a rabbit hole.

The FedEx response shows " This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender"
This item was purchased 07/12/2020 could you please confirm where item is or provide a refund.
No response to several emails and messages.
Wish I read the reviews of this dodgy company before purchasing.

Ordered a phone case and have been trying to return. They refuse to respond after 10-15 emails. According to the BBB a company with an F rating.

I have oder from here. I never received my idem. They never respond to my email. Total lost was 50 dollars. This site shall be removed
